The 32nd Annual Red Deer Festival of Trees keeps up the tradition of officially kicking-off the festive season in Central Alberta. The public can enjoy a breathtaking selection of unique Christmas trees, participate in bidding in a large silent auction, enjoy local talent on the main stage, enter raffles, or shop for treats, sweets, and Christmas decor at the Gift & Sweet Shop. Kids 12 and under can enjoy Candy Cane Lane, featuring over 20 games, activities, and crafts*. There’s something for the whole family! Plus, adults can purchase tickets to Festival of Wines & Spirits to sample food & beverages from Red Deer’s best restaurants & distillers (November 28). Buy tickets for Mistletoe Magic (November 29) where daddies and daughters take part in a magical evening of dining and dancing. Proceeds from all activities benefit the Red Deer Hospital through the Red Deer Regional Health Foundation.
